My Picks for Today's Contender 3 Episode
October 23rd 2007 21:03
The season 3 of The Contender is coming to a close and they have 2 exciting semi-final matches lined up. Only 4 Super Middleweights remain as they battle for $750,000 grand prize. The talented prospect Jaidon Codrington wiill fight another prospect in Wayne Johnsen. Both of them have 17 wins and a loss in their record Codrington has the edge in the power of his punches. I pick Codrington to win this bout since he is also more skilled than Johnsen.
On the other bracket, Australian Sam Soliman will be dishing it out with the hulking Sakio Bika of Cameroon by way of Australia. Both guys are more experienced and even have fought 5 years ago in which Soliman won. I think Bika gets the victory this time. Both guys have awkward and unorthodox styles but Bika is capable of bullying anyone in the ring an he can defenitely take advantage of Soliman's smaller size.
I hope to see some excitement in these remaining fights.
